</ul>
</div>
</div>
<p><em>TheStreet.com's Jim Cramer says there's good in this market -- remember that.</em></p>
<p>Does unemployment trump everything? Does it trump <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/apple-inc/aapl/nas">Apple</a> (NASDAQ: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/apple-inc/aapl/nas">AAPL</a>) (<a href="http://find.thestreet.com/cgi-bin/texis/cramertake_free?site=tsc&amp;puc=aoljjc&amp;tkr=AAPL" target="blank">Cramer's Take</a>) sales? Does it trump 3G and 4G? How about Chinese orders? How about <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/general-mills-inc/gis/nys">General Mills</a>' (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/general-mills-inc/gis/nys">GIS</a>) (<a href="http://find.thestreet.com/cgi-bin/texis/cramertake_free?site=tsc&amp;puc=aoljjc&amp;tkr=GIS" target="blank">Cramer's Take</a>) numbers? <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/yum-brands-inc/yum/nys">Yum!</a>'s (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/yum-brands-inc/yum/nys">YUM</a>) (<a href="http://find.thestreet.com/cgi-bin/texis/cramertake_free?site=tsc&amp;puc=aoljjc&amp;tkr=YUM" target="blank">Cramer's Take</a>) business? Does unemployment trump pending home sales? Or order pick-ups in autos and a subsequent bottom? </p>
<p>That's what you have to ask yourself when you sell. You have to ask yourself whether 40,000 or 60,000 jobs trumps everything good that has happened. You have to ask yourself if the government were to take 100,000 of those people and give them jobs taking care of federal lands and parks or working at the post office or having them go into a conservation corps, whether we would be up and not down.</p><p><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/07/03/cramer-on-bloggingstocks-dont-paint-everything-with-the-jobs-b/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Cramer on BloggingStocks: Don't paint everything with the jobs brush</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/07/03/cramer-on-bloggingstocks-dont-paint-everything-with-the-jobs-b/">Cramer on BloggingStocks: Don't paint everything with the jobs brush</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com">BloggingStocks</a> on Fri, 03 Jul 2009 12:00:00 EST. <span style="FONT-STYLE: italic">TheStreet.com's Jim Cramer says stock prices may roll back, but techs and financials should be fine. </span><br /><br />The pain of the aftermath of mark-ups never goes away. We knew what was in store for us, as the mark-up folks don't like to play on the last day, especially with the newly vigilant Securities and Exchange Commission. I have to believe that this SEC will now become more interested in "the tapes," which would show clients asking brokers to take stocks up as much as they can, something that we know is against the law. <br /><br />What comes up from mark-up must come down, and the most important "come-downs" should be in the industrials, because we have the least visibility in them. I do not believe the techs have as much to worry about, nor the banks, because both have excellent earnings prospects for the coming quarter. Why sell <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/apple-inc/aapl/nas">Apple</a> (NASDAQ: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/apple-inc/aapl/nas">AAPL</a>) (<a href="http://find.thestreet.com/cgi-bin/texis/cramertake_free?site=tsc&amp;puc=aoljjc&amp;tkr=AAPL" target="blank">Cramer's Take</a>) here? Why sell <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/microsoft-corporation/msft/nas">Microsoft</a> (NASDAQ: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/microsoft-corporation/msft/nas">MSFT</a>) (<a href="http://find.thestreet.com/cgi-bin/texis/cramertake_free?site=tsc&amp;puc=aoljjc&amp;tkr=MSFT" target="blank">Cramer's Take</a>)? And why dump <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/wells-fargo-and-company/wfc/nys">Wells Fargo</a> (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/wells-fargo-and-company/wfc/nys">WFC</a>) (<a href="http://find.thestreet.com/cgi-bin/texis/cramertake_free?site=tsc&amp;puc=aoljjc&amp;tkr=WFC" target="blank">Cramer's Take</a>) or <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/bank-of-america-corporation/bac/nys">Bank of America</a> (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/bank-of-america-corporation/bac/nys">BAC</a>) (<a href="http://find.thestreet.com/cgi-bin/texis/cramertake_free?site=tsc&amp;puc=aoljjc&amp;tkr=BAC" target="blank">Cramer's Take</a>) or <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/jp-morgan-chase-and-co/jpm/nys">JPMorgan Chase</a> (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/jp-morgan-chase-and-co/jpm/nys">JPM</a>) (<a href="http://find.thestreet.com/cgi-bin/texis/cramertake_free?site=tsc&amp;puc=aoljjc&amp;tkr=JPM" target="blank">Cramer's Take</a>) when those have the best possibilities of good news ahead? I can see locking in some <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/the-goldman-sachs-group-inc/gs/nys">Goldman Sachs</a> (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/the-goldman-sachs-group-inc/gs/nys">GS</a>) (<a href="http://find.thestreet.com/cgi-bin/texis/cramertake_free?site=tsc&amp;puc=aoljjc&amp;tkr=GS" target="blank">Cramer's Take</a>) gains, but that's going to be the best quarter of all.<p><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/07/01/cramer-on-bloggingstocks-the-post-mark-up-could-sting-industria/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Cramer on BloggingStocks: The post-mark-up could sting industrials </em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/07/01/cramer-on-bloggingstocks-the-post-mark-up-could-sting-industria/">Cramer on BloggingStocks: The post-mark-up could sting industrials </a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com">BloggingStocks</a> on Wed, 01 Jul 2009 10:00:00 EST. The "gadget" would use <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/google-inc/goog/nas">Google</a>'s (NASDAQ: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/google-inc/goog/nas">GOOG</a>) Android software. Reportedly, the device will be slightly larger than <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/apple-inc/aapl/nas">Apple</a>'s (NASDAQ: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/apple-inc/aapl/nas">AAPL</a>) iPod touch, and Dell may start selling the device later this year. That said, the story's source noted that the plan could be delayed or scrapped entirely.</p>
<p>The importance of this potential device should not be lost, as it is one of the first experiments by a major PC maker in the world of mobile internet devices (MID). These devices are seen as bridges over the gap between smartphones and laptops.</p><p><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/06/30/dell-developing-a-picket-web-pal/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Dell developing a pocket Web pal?</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/06/30/dell-developing-a-picket-web-pal/">Dell developing a pocket Web pal?</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com">BloggingStocks</a> on Tue, 30 Jun 2009 09:20:00 EST. <span style="font-style: italic;">TheStreet.com's Jim Cramer says China and the fund managers have a huge influence on price action. </span><br /><br /> We got Japanese steel price increases last night to stay in line with the recent American price increases. We have copper at a multiple-month high and looking like it will go higher. <br /><br /> Do you know what the common denominator of those two prices increases is? <br /><br /> Little to no demand outside of China. That's right, steel capacity is running about 40% worldwide. There's been no increase in copper capacity because there is no real demand. Both steel and copper companies are citing raw costs -- iron for steel and energy for copper -- as reasons they "have to" raise prices, even though Richard Adkerson, the CEO of Freeport-McMoRan (NYSE: FCX) (<a target="blank" href="http://find.thestreet.com/cgi-bin/texis/cramertake_free?site=tsc&amp;puc=aoljjc&amp;tkr=FCX">Cramer's Take</a>) admitted yesterday in an interview with Bloomberg that there isn't any "real" demand outside of China. <p><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/06/11/cramer-on-bloggingstocks-the-new-normal-for-commodities-pricing/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Cramer on BloggingStocks: The new normal for commodities pricing </em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/06/11/cramer-on-bloggingstocks-the-new-normal-for-commodities-pricing/">Cramer on BloggingStocks: The new normal for commodities pricing </a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com">BloggingStocks</a> on Thu, 11 Jun 2009 10:15:00 EST. <span style="font-style: italic;">TheStreet.com's Jim Cramer says Mutual Fund Monday is alive and well. </span><br /><br /> Here we go: Bias says sell off. Time for a selloff. After being up for nine out of 11 weeks, it's time we went down. We should go down because we don't know what's going to happen, and Europe's down, and oil's down. Housing's awful and rates are going the wrong way for housing. <br /><br /> Next we are going to hear the whole move was phony, that only a handful of banks -- maybe just <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/jpmorgan-chase-and-co/jpm/nys">JPMorgan</a> (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/jpmorgan-chase-and-co/jpm/nys">JPM</a>) (<a target="blank" href="http://find.thestreet.com/cgi-bin/texis/cramertake_free?site=tsc&amp;puc=aoljjc&amp;tkr=JPM">Cramer's Take</a>) and <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/the-goldman-sachs-group-inc/gs/nys">Goldman</a> (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/the-goldman-sachs-group-inc/gs/nys">GS</a>) (<a target="blank" href="http://find.thestreet.com/cgi-bin/texis/cramertake_free?site=tsc&amp;puc=aoljjc&amp;tkr=GS">Cramer's Take</a>) -- can pay back TARP -- and that the banking system is still weak and will remain weak because the recovery will be weak. <p><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/06/08/cramer-on-bloggingstocks-inflow-of-money-trumps-the-bad-news/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Cramer on BloggingStocks: Inflow of money trumps the bad news </em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/06/08/cramer-on-bloggingstocks-inflow-of-money-trumps-the-bad-news/">Cramer on BloggingStocks: Inflow of money trumps the bad news </a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com">BloggingStocks</a> on Mon, 08 Jun 2009 09:50:00 EST. As some look to see what banks pull up their sleeve in terms of capital raising plans and paying back government loans, Treasury yields climbed again, adding to traders' concerns this morning.<br /><br />Without much in the way of economic news today, investors will continue to focus on <a href="http://money.aol.com/article/mortgage-rates-rising-as-fed-spends/486159">Treasury yields and mortgage rates</a>. The Federal Reserve announced a $1.2 trillion plan three months ago designed to push down mortgage rates and breathe life into the housing market.
<div id="articleTxt2" class="articleTxt smallText"> Instead, rates for mortgages and U.S. Treasury debt are now marching higher as nervous bond investors worry about a resurgence of inflation.</div><p><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/06/08/before-the-bell-wall-street-poised-for-lower-open/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Before the bell: Wall Street poised for lower open</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/06/08/before-the-bell-wall-street-poised-for-lower-open/">Before the bell: Wall Street poised for lower open</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com">BloggingStocks</a> on Mon, 08 Jun 2009 07:40:00 EST.
